4. NDIS Participants

For customers using NDIS funding:

You are responsible for ensuring products purchased are within your NDIS plan budget and category
Invoices will include all information required for NDIS claims, including our ABN and GST details
You must provide accurate NDIS participant information for proper invoicing
We are not responsible for NDIS claim rejections due to incorrect participant information or plan limitations

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout.

GST is included in all prices where applicable. For NDIS participants, GST details will be clearly shown on invoices for claiming purposes.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the products ordered. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.

7. Returns and Refunds

All sensory and therapeutic products should be used under appropriate supervision. We are not liable for misuse of products or injuries resulting from improper use.

The content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sensory Kids Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensory Kids Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
